Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Care Instructions for All Our Products
It is always recommended to wash all products thoroughly before first use,and after every use. Do not scrub. Rinse mildly and wash with warm, soapy water to retain gloss and finish.Do not use abrasive agents or bleach or cleaners containing chlorine. If the product Is made of metal I stainless steel, do not microwave and do not use in freezer. If the mug is made of ceramic (not the ones with metal handles), it can be used In the microwave for heating I re-heating purposes.

For maximum insulation efficiency,preheat or prechill product just prior to use. Fill with hot/cold tap water,attach lid,let stand 5 to I 0 minutes and empty.After foiling, place the lid on the product to increase thermal efficiency. Fill the product completely to help maximize the therms l efficiency. Always pour hot liquids into cup for drinking as attempting to drink directly from bottle might scald user. Do not use with carbonated drinks as carbonated drinks can cause pressure and make product leak. We recommend hand washing only. Do not microwave. Do not use in freezer.

Wooden items need coatings to make them food safe and also to enhance and protect the wood. Bierfass Is made with genuine Oak wood and then coated with special wax and oils to make It food safe. Remember wood loves oil and whenever you want to renew the look on your mug,the oil coating can be re-applied very simply. Even at home. Use any vegetable oil or mineral oil, though walnut or olive oil are the most recommended.Apply in several coats ideally allowing time for it to dry in between. Wash in warm, soapy water. Then rinse and dry thoroughly. Occasionally,you can rub a bit of lemon, and then rinse and dry. Do not put in dishwasher or microwave as the heat will damage the wood ..
